Supporting Deep Rest
At Starlight, accommodation is designed with one intention: to support healing. Spaces are simple, comfortable and quietly held, free from excess, distraction or visual noise. Rooms aren’t about luxury branding; they’re about creating an environment where your nervous system can soften, your thoughts can slow and your body can truly rest.
We host a small number of guests to maintain an intimate, energetically contained retreat experience.

To maintain a gentle, healing atmosphere, we ask guests to honour the retreat container by keeping phone use to a minimum, refraining from alcohol or recreational drugs during the retreat, and observing quiet hours in the evenings to support deep rest. These guidelines help create a respectful, safe and restorative environment for everyone.
